RFP Supply and Installation of an IP (Internet Protocol) Paging Solution (Kirkcaldy Heights School)

  • A mandatory site visit is required. All contractors are asked to attend a site visit of Kirkcaldy Heights School (10 Knowlton Drive Brandon, MB R7A 6N7) on April 22, 2025, at 4:00 pm. No arrangements outside the mandatory site visit can be made.
  • Bid responses submitted must be correctly completed in all respects.   • Contractors must attend the site visit to secure a comprehension of the work required, to verify the measurements, and to make all intelligent estimating as to conditions and scope of work to be carried out. No allowances shall be made for failure to make such investigations, late arrivals, or no shows.
  • Site visit: Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at 9:30 am – Riverheights School (32 E Fotheringham Drive) in Brandon, MB.
  • The materials are to be delivered F.O.B. and installed at the specified locations between the dates of July 2 and August 22, 2025.  No additional shipping/handling charges or fuel surcharges will be paid.
  • Submit one copy in an envelope marked “Tender - Doors and Windows 2025-2026”, ensure the sealed envelope clearly indicates the firm’s name and address.

  • The materials are to be delivered F.O.B. and installed at the specified locations between the dates of July 2 and August 22, 2025.  No additional shipping/handling charges or fuel surcharges will be paid.
  • Delivery and installation are to be coordinated through the Office of Facilities & Transportation.
  • Submit one copy in an envelope marked “Tender Flooring – Supply, Remove & Install”, ensure the sealed envelope clearly indicates the firm’s name and address:
